Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement experience with international exposure.
• Experience sourcing from North America, Asia, and other markets.
• Experience handling purchase orders, supplier coordination, quotations, and international shipments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple purchasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international purchasing and procurement activities for medical equipment and products.
• Source and coordinate purchases from international suppliers across global markets.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines and reliability.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure pricing, quantities, specs, and delivery terms are accurate.
• Coordinate with international suppliers regarding quotations, orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers when required.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier documentation, and procurement reports.
• Support procurement team in maintaining supplier relationships and achieving cost-effective purchasing.
