Job summary

Esports Foundation is seeking a Manager Media Partnerships to drive the global media rights strategy and manage key commercial relationships with streaming, social, and digital platforms from Riyadh. You will lead end-to-end negotiations, market assessments, and contracting, expanding opportunities beyond China.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Media Rights, Distribution, Fan Marketing, and Legal to ensure scalable, compliant deployments and strong partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Media, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in media rights, platform partnerships, or related fields.
• Experience in esports, gaming, or digital platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main commercial contact for global streaming platforms.
• Develop platform frameworks for distribution, marketing support, and data insights.
• Lead negotiations on licensing fees, minimum guarantees, revenue-share models, and KPI-based incentives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to activate platform commitments.
• Maintain the global media rights pipeline and post-deal reviews.
