Qualifications

• Experience in freight invoicing and duty verification.
• Ability to consolidate invoices and prepare HS Code summaries.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple internal teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify freight invoices against quotes and duties.
• Update master file for freight payments and duty details.
• Coordinate with shipping vendors for cost-effective shipments.
• Prepare MIS and store visit reports.
