Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Dammam, Saudi Arabia to support and administer inventory plans and processes in line with business strategy and policies. You will work with warehouse teams to optimize stock accuracy, reduce stockouts, and manage end-to-end movement of stock, while maintaining detailed reports on inventory and performance against goals.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and more than two years of experience in inventory management; you will

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• More than 2 years of experience in inventory roles.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer inventory management plans to identify, evaluate and develop inventories.
• Implement inventory tracking system to optimize control procedures.
• Reduce stockouts while minimizing unsellable inventory.
• Manage end-to-end movement of stock and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor weekly data, lead-times, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain detailed reports on inventory operations and stock levels.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and other supply chain functions.
• Reconcile daily deliveries and shipments to balance inventory.
