Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Construction Supervision to lead major infrastructure delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure alignment with client objectives, and drive project controls to meet schedule and budget.

Candidates should have 12+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, GCC knowledge, and certifications like PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery including construction supervision.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, transportation).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience in international consultancy is desirable.
• Saudi Arabia GCC project experience preferred; PMP/PRINCE2 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.
• Review and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and KPIs to senior management and clients.
