International Healthcare Services seeks a Junior Management professional to support global health care collaboration operations and assist medical care companion services. You will liaise with medical and non-medical teams to guarantee high-quality care for participants and handle outbound and inbound calls to manage cases and requests.

Competenze

• Medical doctor degree required.
• Experience in international healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate global healthcare collaborations and ensure quality service for participants.
• Liaise with medical and non-medical teams at suppliers to ensure high quality care.
• Make outbound calls to follow up cases with members.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve member requests.
• Maintain and update a daily database and tracker of participants and issues.
• Follow up on open cases to ensure optimal recovery, referrals and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with international care solutions and TPAs to meet medical requirements for participants.
• Manage cases end-to-end with local and international inpatient members to optimize recovery and issue resolution.
• Update clinical reports, hospital acceptances and denials after patient journeys.
• Communicate with facilities to obtain future visit information and stay updated on patient progress.
