Job summary

Axios International seeks a field-and-office based professional to supervise teams and manage access programs across the region. You will represent Axios in meetings with patients, doctors, and partners, supporting enrollment and program operations.

The role involves field visits, data reporting, and ensuring compliance with Axios SOPs and safety procedures, along with ongoing training and documentation oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in healthcare or program delivery.
• Experience in patient eligibility assessment and enrollment processes.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and safety reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the team and managing access programs by liaising with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and patients.
• Collaborate with Axios staff to evaluate patient eligibility and ensure timely enrollment into programs.
• Conduct field visits when needed to support patient assessments and classifications.
• Prepare monthly monitoring and internal/external reports for project operations and patient tracking.
• Maintain and update electronic program files and ensure compliant documentation in the PMS.
• Complete pharmacovigilance and product training provided by the client and report safety data and adverse events as required.
• Conduct all program activities using Axios PMS and perform general office duties.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, Axios SOPs, and escalation procedures.
