Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee SimCorp implementations across products and services in the MEA region. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, define tasks, dependencies, and resource estimates, and ensure smooth handovers from Presales to Onboarding and Run.

The role requires facilitating workshops, creating artefacts, and driving best practices globally with the PMO. Expect client-site travel and weekly office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-stream projects in complex business environments.
• PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of Investment/Asset Management or Financial Services industries.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in MEA region.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Availability to come into the SimCorp office 2 times a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the SimCorp implementation across products and services.
• Manage multiple implementation workstreams with tasks, dependencies and time/resource estimates.
• Facilitate handovers from Presales to Onboarding and from Onboarding to Run.
• Facilitate business requirements gathering workshops.
• Contribute to global best practices documentation for implementation projects.
• Create and maintain project artefacts such as project plan, reports and RAID requests.
• Monitor customer feedback and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risk.
• Motivate the project team and drive continuous improvement.
