Job summary

SC Johnson in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the Jeddah manufacturing site's financial performance, budgeting, and cost control. You will collaborate with regional teams and shared services to ensure accurate reporting.

The role focuses on CAPEX ROI analysis, cost savings, and maintaining robust internal controls in a fast-moving FMCG environment, with potential international relocation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management; 5-7 years post-qualification experience.
• Excellent accountancy understanding, ideally incl. US GAAP exposure.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, SCALA, SAP/BPC.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance of the Jeddah site and budgets.
• Lead budgeting and S&OP-based forecasting for cost control.
• Manage CAPEX proposals and ROI analyses.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities and waste reduction.
• Ensure internal controls per Sarbanes-Oxley and support audits.
