Job summary

Taj HR seeks a Corporate Communications Manager to establish and lead a new communications function in Riyadh. You will own strategy, narrative, governance, and investor relations across multiple jurisdictions while shaping a scalable department.

The role demands bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English), extensive experience in heavy industry communications, and a track record of managing high-stakes corporate messaging from inception through market readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications, including at least 3 years leading a function or serving as a deputy group lead in a large enterprise.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English with ability to draft publication-standard content without agencies.
• Experience delivering in securities disclosure environments with a strong understanding of materiality and regulatory timing.
• Heavy industry experience in metals, mining, energy, chemicals, or large-scale industrial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop the corporate story and message architecture across global markets and plan the launch strategy.
• Build regional and international media relationships from scratch; manage inbound queries and media monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end brand and digital assets launch, including bilingual website and corporate identity.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership; draft speeches, statements, and investor narratives.
• Coordinate disclosures with shareholder communications and investor relations across jurisdictions.
• Create multilingual internal and site communications architecture for a growing workforce.
• Establish crisis frameworks, run simulations, and maintain crisis readiness.
• Build operating model, hire the team, manage budgets, and select agency partners.
• Align equity story with the corporate narrative for capital market readiness.
• Complete governance audits and secure disclosure protocols; initiate brand and website agency briefs.
• Launch bilingual website, deploy corporate identity, and run initial agency engagements.
• Establish a fully functioning department with measurable media presence by year one.
