Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic business communications.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector desirable.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key interface and coordination point for all assigned communications workstreams, managing input from leadership and the Corporate Communications function.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and audience research to tailor messages to stakeholder needs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy, objectives and KPIs.
• Develop multi-channel communications strategy with input from leadership and teams.
• Create messaging and supporting materials with proof points to validate priorities.
• Coordinate with media, events, internal comms, digital content and other channels to activate the strategy.
• Identify strategic speaking engagements and opportunities for business leaders and SMEs.
• Define clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure impact of communications and engagement.
