Almarai, a leading FMCG group based in Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Communication Manager (Saudi Nationals Only) to drive external communications, strengthen corporate reputation, and ensure brand consistency across channels. The role leads content governance and stakeholder engagement to support business objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee bilingual content creation, develop strategic campaigns, and build a high-performing team within Corporate & Marketing Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Content Strategy, or Social Media Communications.
• Proven experience developing and implementing communication strategies and external communication programs.
• Strong expertise in brand management, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and content governance.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent editorial and writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong command of English and proficiency with digital communication platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and govern external communications with a consistent brand voice across channels.
• Oversee high-impact content development and multi-channel campaigns.
• Draft and edit bilingual external communications content (press releases, quotes, Q&A, briefing docs).
• Drive governance, editorial planning, and workflow optimization.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through analytics and engagement metrics.
• Build and develop a high-performing communications team and collaborate across the business.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and key external stakeholders.
