Job summary

AimGulf is recruiting an Accounting Associate in Riyadh to support daily accounting operations, record recoveries, post journal and GL entries, and perform reconciliations across departments. You will ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GL and asset accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Saudi accounting standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and record recoveries for various cost centers and departments.
• Post journal entries and GL adjustments from divisions.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations including bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with divisions for account matching.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and financial procedures.
