Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Strong experience in general accounting.
• Hands-on Oracle ERP / Oracle Financial modules experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Experience with account confirmations and external party reconciliations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date general ledger accounts and accounting records.
• Perform daily accounting transactions including journal entries, accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct account confirmations and reconciliations with external parties.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze balances and identify unusual transactions or variances.
• Process transactions through Oracle ERP ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare accounting reports and extract financial data from Oracle.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial information and supporting documents.
