Abacus is seeking a highly skilled GCP Solution Architect to join our Cloud Solutions team in Saudi Arabia. You will lead pre-sales activities, understand client needs, and design scalable Google Cloud architectures to support their transformation journeys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Pre-Sales or Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, KMS, Security Command Center.
• Experience developing PoCs, demos, and architecture diagrams; understanding of cloud networking, security, backup, DR, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discussions to understand cloud requirements and business challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to capture client needs.
• Present GCP capabilities, best practices, and architectural recommendations.
• Develop solution proposals, technical documentation, and value-driven demos.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient GCP architectures across compute, storage, networking, security, DevOps, and data services.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice leads for handover from pre-sales to implementation.
• Create architecture diagrams, PoCs, and demo environments; advise on migration strategies.
