Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a vigilant security professional in Saudi Arabia to enforce Health, Security, Safety, and Environment regulations at gate posts. You will assist people with special needs, monitor access control, and ensure assets are protected while following HSSE procedures.

You will report safety concerns, remain at your post, and respond promptly to emergencies, coordinating with the HSSE team to maintain a secure site.

Responsibilities

• Enforce company regulations and policies regarding Health, Security, Safety and Environment.
• Provide assistance to people with special needs at the gates.
• Assist management in achieving a safe and secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of HSSE procedures.
• Safeguard and secure company assets from deterioration, theft, and misuse.
• Immediate reporting of any safety or security concern to the direct supervisor.
• Full compliance with security procedures by following all guidelines and filling required security forms.
• Monitor property entrance and surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and secure premises.
• Follow HSSE department management directions at all times.
• Remain vigilant on duty and present at assigned security post.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform required roles accordingly.
• Inform and coordinate with safety team to ensure safety measures are applied and report non-compliance.
• Contain and manage problematic situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with plant management to manage security-related exceptions and ensure secure premises.
• Maintain 5S program implementation in all security guard houses without prior notice.
