Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a Drilling Foreman to oversee gas well completion operations in onshore fields, including hydraulic fracturing, perforation, acid stimulation, and flowback. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of activities in line with government regulations and standards.

Education required: Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering or Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferred certifications include Well Completion Engineering, Well Control, and HSE.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all gas well completion activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Conduct JSAs, risk assessments, and enforce HSE protocols.
• Manage contractors, equipment, and logistics on site.
• Monitor well performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate operational and safety documentation.
