Job description

Gardener - Full Time (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain gardens, including planting, watering, weeding, pruning and fertilizing
- Ensure the health and well-being of plants by monitoring for pests and diseases and taking appropriate action
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and applying fertilizers or pesticides as needed
- Install new plants, flowers or trees as directed by the client
- Clean up debris and maintain garden equipment
- Keep track of garden supplies and inform supervisor when additional items are needed
- Work with other team members to complete larger projects such as landscaping or irrigation system installation

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Gardener in a professional setting
- Knowledge of plant care techniques and gardening tools/equipment
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- African nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)

Working Conditions:
As our Gardener, you will work full-time hours (40 hours per week) from Sunday to Thursday with two days off. The working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm with an hour lunch break. You will have access to all necessary gardening tools but will be required to bring your own gloves. This position does not include accommodation.
