Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a seasoned designer to shape the future of travel. You will lead the Future Experience Design agenda and translate research, trends, and insights into compelling concepts and long-term roadmaps guiding strategic investments.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will run workshops and co-creation sessions, translating outcomes into stories, visuals, prototypes, and journey maps that bring future ideas to life for millions of guests worldwide.

Qualifications

Degree qualified with a minimum of 7 in innovation design, service design, product design, UX/UI, design strategy, or a similar field.
Expertise in design thinking, service design, ethnographic research, horizon scanning, trend analysis, systems thinking, or strategic foresight.

Responsibilities

Lead Riyadh Air's Future Experience Design agenda, exploring how technology, culture, guest behaviours, and industry shifts influence travel.
Transform research, trends, customer insights, and innovation opportunities into compelling concepts, future experience visions, and strategic recommendations.
Lead creative workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation sprints with stakeholders across the organization.
Build compelling stories, visual concepts, prototypes, journey maps, simulations, and concept films that bring future ideas to life.
Present ideas and future scenarios to senior leaders to guide strategic investment decisions.
