Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a leader for the Future Experience Design agenda. You will explore how technology, culture, guest behaviours, and industry shifts will shape travel. You will transform research and insights into compelling concepts and a strategic long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 in innovation design, service design, product design, UX/UI, design strategy, or a similar field.
Expertise in design thinking, service design, ethnographic research, horizon scanning, trend analysis, systems thinking, or strategic foresight.
Portfolio demonstrating solving complex challenges and influencing business strategy or product direction.

Responsibilities

Lead Riyadh Air's Future Experience Design agenda and shape the long-term roadmap.
Transform research, trends, and insights into concepts, future visions and strategic recommendations.
Run creative workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation sprints with stakeholders.
Build stories, visuals, prototypes, journey maps, simulations and concept films to bring ideas to life.
Test and refine concepts with guests, partners, startups, researchers, and technology providers.
Present ideas and scenarios to senior leaders to guide strategic investments.
