Job summary

Kaizen Firm seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications in a Saudi-based team. You will work with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and cloud services across multi-site governance projects.

You will collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams, implement secure coding practices, and mentor junior developers while optimizing performance and architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web/mobile apps.
• Build responsive apps using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure secure coding practices and application security.
