Job summary

OOMCO KSA is seeking a Maintenance Operations lead in Al Khobar to plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across KSA retail fuel stations, ensuring high uptime, safety, and full compliance with OOMCO standards.

You will manage PM schedules, CMMS workflows, and contractor performance, track KPIs, and coordinate with SASO and Civil Defense. The role includes budgeting for OPEX, preparing technical specifications and tenders, and safeguarding asset handovers to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on asset maintenance experience.
• Experience in retail fuel stations or downstream petroleum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PM schedules and prioritize CM across station assets.
• Manage work orders and monitor contractor performance via CMMS.
• Track maintenance KPIs and optimize uptime and spend.
• Supervise testing and verification of fuel equipment with regulators.
• Participate in CAPEX/OPEX budgeting for CPM maintenance.
• Review submissions from stakeholders and report recommendations.
• Prepare tender documents and technical evaluations.
• Supervise third-party contractors and SLAs.
• Review invoices and handover documents; draft SOWs and specs.
