Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Officer for the Front Office at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar in the Eastern Province. This hourly, entry-level role supports the Reception and ensures a smooth check-in and guest experience within the Rooms Division.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant hospitality degree or diploma (preferred) and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service and communication skills. Saudi nationality is required.

• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
