Job summary

Flip retail in Canada seeks a BIM engineer to model HVAC, fire fighting, and water supply systems in Revit MEP, and to support drafting tasks. You will handle 3D modelling for aircraft-related systems and contribute to clash detection using Navisworks, ensuring compliance with international and regional specs.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience in HVAC and related tools design, with at least 2+ years of GCC experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor level or ITI.
• 3-7 years experience with HVAC, Fire Fighting and Water Supply Tools design.
• 2+ years GCC experience.

Responsibilities

• 3D modelling of HVAC, hydraulic fire battling, water supply systems using Revit MEP.
• Produce BIM/Drafting deliverables and clash checks in Navisworks.
• Ability to establish needed BIM/Drafting ability and referencing codes and standards.
