Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Frac Field Specialist / Supervisor for our OFS client in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will lead fracturing operations, coordinate crews, and ensure adherence to HSE procedures on remote wellsites.

The role requires strong knowledge of frac pumps, surface equipment, and pumping parameters, with willingness to rotate to remote locations in Saudi Arabia and communicate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in hydraulic fracturing operations, preferably in a supervisory or senior field position.
• Strong knowledge of frac pumps, blender systems, chemical systems, high-pressure iron, manifolds, and surface equipment.
• Understanding of fracturing treatment programs, pressure management, proppant handling, and pumping parameters.
• Demonstrated leadership, crew coordination, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, pressure testing, risk assessments, and wellsite safety requirements.
• Ability to prepare operational reports, communicate with clients, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work on rotational assignments at remote wellsites in Saudi Arabia.
