Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health in Riyadh invites an experienced Platform Lead to identify exceptional founders and source deals for SSRH to invest in. This strategic, hands-on role directly impacts patient outcomes and the growth of SSRH, its founders and its community.

As an early member, you'll build the founder platform, collaborate with the US-based team, leverage Redesign’s infrastructure, and adapt strategies to the Saudi market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VC or startup; international context preferred.
• Excellent judge of top tier talent and ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Fully fluent in Arabic and English.

• Identify and engage high-quality founders for SSRH investments.
• Build a robust brand through marketing and ecosystem development.
