Responsibilities

Job Purpose Key Accountability Areas

• Directing the operation, servicing and repair of heavy equipments.
• involves planning and supervising the activities of employees engaged in the operation and repair of heavy equipment
• Maintains comprehensive records for each item of equipment with respect to downtime, mechanical malfunctions and repairs necessary.
• Assembles reports on the operating costs of various models of equipment
• Assists with interviewing potential employees, trains and evaluates new operators,
• Directing with the team to do the maintenance plan for the equipments & vehicles
• Directing with the team to do the requirements for the oils, greases , filters , the wear parts and the spare parts every quarter .
• Checking with the operators for the excellent use for the equipments
• Follow with the documents controllers & the senior mechanical technicians for arrangement the maintenance cards
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management
• Ensure a safe working environment exists for himself and colleagues, ensuring all healthy , safety environmental and quality management procedures are followed
