Juffali Commercial Vehicles (JCV) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Parts Sales professional to manage relationships with fleet owners and drive spare parts sales through regular visits and calls.

Under the Parts Sales Manager, you will develop profitable offers, uphold Mercedes-Benz parts branding, and apply your automotive parts knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Maintain close relations with fleet owners
• Parts sales to fleet owners through daily & weekly contacts and visits.
• In line with the Parts Sales Manager, suggest special offers on parts with ensured profitability
• Uphold Mercedes-Benz parts brand development.
• Knowledge in spare parts and the automotive industry
• Product knowledge

Communications:

• Reporting to the Parts Sales Manager.
• Coordinating with the Reg Warehouse Manager
• Coordinating with the Reg Vehicles Sales Manager
• Coordinating with the Pre-Owned Department

Task/s:

• Introduce new customers
• Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices
• Check & recommend realistic market acceptable price levels to meet competition
• Inform Reg Parts Sales Manager & Parts Sales Supervisor regarding fake parts available in market
• Keeping track of customer’s account
• To record lost sales & review lost sales report on a daily basis
