Job summary

The Audio-Visual (AV) Technician at FAENA is responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality AV services across the resort, supporting luxury events including conferences, weddings, and VIP guest requests while upholding five-star standards.

You will set up, operate, and maintain sound, lighting, and video systems, troubleshoot issues quickly, and collaborate with Events, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and dismantle professional AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, galas and live entertainment
• Operate sound, lighting, and video systems during events with precision and care
• Ensure optimal performance of microphones, speakers, mixers, lighting consoles, LED walls and projectors
• Provide discreet, on-site technical support for VIP guests and high-profile events
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize guest impact and downtime
• Maintain AV equipment to five-star standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
