Job summary

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver professional fitness and recreational programs tailored to participants needs and fitness levels
• Conduct fitness assessments and provide appropriate exercise guidance and recommendations
• Lead individual and group fitness sessions ensuring proper exercise techniques and safe practices
• Monitor participants performance progress and overall engagement
• Maintain a safe clean and welcoming fitness and recreation environment
• Ensure fitness equipment is properly used maintained and reported when damaged or requiring service
• Enforce facility policies safety procedures and health and wellness standards
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide basic first aid CPR when required
• Support the planning and implementation of recreational activities fitness events and wellness programs
• Supervise and coordinate fitness recreation staff when assigned
• Provide excellent customer service and address participants inquiries and concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate records reports attendance and relevant fitness program
