Job summary

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority is seeking a seasoned Fire Safety Lead to manage and improve firefighting programs across facilities in Riyadh. You will drive policy implementation, coordinate with service providers and conduct drills to ensure readiness and quick response to incidents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in fire science or public health, an 8-year track record with 3+ years in management, and strong leadership in HSE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in fire science or public health is required.
Master’s degree in occupational health, or business administration, is preferred.
Eight years of relevant experience, with at least three years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

Lead firefighting program development, monitor implementation and drive improvements.
Plan and conduct firefighting awareness sessions and training for staff.
Coordinate with service providers and ensure coverage of firefighting activities.
Develop guidelines based on local and international firefighting standards.
Schedule drills and simulations to test evacuation and response.
Monitor incidents, analyze causes and implement preventive actions.
Evaluate program effectiveness across facilities and ensure alignment with plans.
Oversee outsourcing performance and ensure adherence to required capabilities.
Provide guidance, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior staff.
Escalate complex problems and support resolution.
