Job summary

Client of Aroma City Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager to lead group-wide consolidation, statutory reporting, and compliance across subsidiaries. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will drive end-to-end processes and ensure accuracy.

The role requires 7–10 years in accounting, Big 4 background with GCC experience, ACCA/CPA/CA, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Big 4 background with GCC experience (3+ years).
• ACCA, CPA or CA qualification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end group consolidation process for all subsidiaries and business units.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and prepare group consolidated financial statements.
• Supervise intercompany eliminations and reconciliations across the holding portfolio.
• Develop detailed management reporting packages and board decks.
• Coordinate year-end and interim audits with external auditors (Big 4).
• Formulate and govern group accounting policies, COA alignments and internal controls.
• Lead system/process optimization within the group-wide ERP and consolidation tools.
• Conduct financial reviews for group companies.

Our client is a leading Mega company in the field of Holding currently seeking an experienced and technically proficient Financial Reporting amp Consolidation Manager to join their finance leadership team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller this role will lead and oversee group-wide financial consolidation statutory reporting and compliance across diverse business entities

Key Responsibilities

• Group Financial Consolidation Direct the end-to-end multi-entity monthly quarterly and annual financial consolidation process for all subsidiaries and business units
• IFRS Compliance amp Technical Accounting Prepare and review group consolidated financial statements in strict accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS and local regulatory frameworks
• Intercompany Elimination amp Reconciliation Supervise and resolve complex intercompany balances transactions unrealized profits and equity accounting reconciliations across the holding portfolio
• Management Reporting amp Board Packs Develop detailed analytical reporting packages variance analyses and executive management decks for the Group Financial Controller and executive leadership
• Audit amp External Review Management Act as the primary technical liaison for external auditors Big 4 to coordinate year-end and interim group audit deliverables and technical disclosure notes
• Accounting Policies amp Governance Formulate standardize and implement group-wide accounting policies chart of accounts COA alignments and internal control frameworks across all acquired and existing subsidiaries
• Consolidation System amp Process Optimization Lead enhancements automation and reporting optimization within the group s enterprise consolidation systems and financial ERP modules Follow up on Internal audit action plans
• Conduct financial reviews and assignments for group companies

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; active ACCA, CPA or CA qualification is mandatory.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, with proven prior tenure at a Big 4 accounting firm. (at least 3 years experience in GCC)

Specialized Expertise

• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in preparing advanced, complex consolidated financial statements for multi-entity holding groups.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Location & Eligibility

• Open exclusively to candidates currently residing inside Saudi Arabia.

Work Schedule

• 5 days per week.
