Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Director - Group Accounting to lead the consolidation of financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, and shape the group’s reporting framework. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the group accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and compliance reviews.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, driving necessary changes within the organization.

As the Director of Group Accounting, you will lead the consolidation of financial statements across the group, ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards, and provide insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process.

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in group accounting, with significant leadership experience in a similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
