Job summary

The Financeer seeks a Director-level Financial Controller to lead the financial control function for a heavy civil and infrastructure contracting business in Riyadh. You will drive accurate reporting, robust cost controls, and strong governance across multiple projects and lines of business.

You will partner with senior leadership on financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision support to optimize profitability and compliance in a challenging contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Total finance/accounting experience of 10–15 years.
• 3–5 years in Financial Controller or senior finance leadership.
• Experience in construction or contracting essential.
• Qualified accountant credentials CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent.
• Experience with project-based cost control and multi-entity reporting.
