GSK Saudi Arabia is seeking a Financial Analyst to support end-to-end SG&A reporting, planning, and control activities in Riyadh. You will work closely with regional hubs to ensure accurate numbers, timely closes, and insightful commentary to drive decision making.

Job Purpose The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting end-to-end reporting, tracking, and monitoring of SG&A spend. This includes monthly tracking of Advertising & Promotion (A&P) /Scientific Engagement (SE) spend activity by category, aligning with business and medical functions on YTD/YTG spend, with gap/phasing analysis. The role will involve working closely with the Close & Control (C&C) HUB during the ME closing and supporting the FBP in managing sign-off commentaries with the Planning HUB. The role will also support the FBP during the monthly close and control activities, primarily related to capturing accurate SG&A by ensuring strong alignment with the C&C HUB. This will ensure completeness of accruals and accuracy of numbers with respect to spend allocation across business units. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will support the Senior Finance Business Partner (SFP) during planning cycles to ensure accurate submission of financial plans, updates, forecasts, and all ancillary activities associated with the planning exercise. The role will involve close collaboration with the commercial team in developing financial plans and updates.
Job Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Saudi National. Bachelor’s degree of accounting or finance is required. SOCPA Member is mandatory. Preferred Finance qualification: SOCPA/CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/CMA/CIMA. 1-3 years of corporate finance and/or Big 4 experience required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Advanced excel and power point skills. Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic. The Candidate Must be Located in Riyadh. Interpersonal skills Clear Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills. Teamwork: Collaborative and goal oriented. Conflict Resolution: Diplomatic and empathetic. Adaptability: Flexible and relationship focused. Essential Skills and Abilities: Understanding of commercial operations, reporting, IFRS, auditing, FP&A and business partnering.
