Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts. You will monitor performance against plans, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve margins and cash flow.

The role requires strong financial modeling, Excel expertise, and experience with ERP/EPM systems, with English and Arabic fluency. Healthcare industry background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles (healthcare or large orgs preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the company's annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts and periodic reforecasts.
• Monitor actual performance vs budget/forecast and provide variance commentary and actions.
• Develop profitability models for projects, services, and contracts including direct costs and other delivery costs.
