Job summary

Quant Data & Analytics in Riyadh is seeking a Finance Unit Lead to oversee accounting, compliance, internal reporting, and team leadership across the group. You will shape financial direction, enhance operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making by building dashboards and KPIs, coordinating audits, and maintaining IFRS compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and at least five years of senior financial leadership, preferably in tech or fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in financial leadership roles.
Experience in tech or fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus.
Proven ability to build financial models and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for all group entities.
Maintain IFRS compliance and local tax filings (VAT/WHT).
Lead external audits and coordinate with auditors.
Lead and mentor the finance team to foster high performance.
Oversee internal reporting with cash flow, budget variance, and spend tracking.
Develop budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
Build financial dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making.
Prepare investor reports including burn rate and KPIs.
Coordinate with tax consultants, advisors, and legal partners.
