Job summary

Master Works seeks a Technical Support & Finance Team Enablement professional with 5 years of experience to continuously support the Finance team. The role focuses on ERP troubleshooting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, change management, and automation of finance processes.

The position requires strong Excel skills, ERP/database knowledge, and the ability to manage Change Requests throughout their lifecycle. This is a client-site role located in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical support and Finance team enablement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and databases.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and complex Excel functions.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting and planning activities.
• Experience managing Change Requests (CRs).

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous technical assistance to the Finance team to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Support complex Excel functions and productivity tools.
• Resolve Windows OS-related technical issues.
• Manage the lifecycle of Change Requests from drafting to implementation support.
• If required, get an admin user on ERP system and database to support Finance requirements.
• Support identifying and releasing budget reports.
• Support data gathering and releasing budget reports.
• Support automation solutions for manual Finance processes.
