Job summary

The role focuses on improving testing efficiency, ensuring QA alignment with business needs, and supporting governance and documentation efforts across projects.

Qualifications

• Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and quality validation criteria.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including test scenarios, cases, scripts, and defect reports.
• Define test inputs, expected outputs, validation criteria, roles, responsibilities, and performance measures.
• Ensure test documentation remains accurate and aligned with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test processes, workflows, and QA procedures to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct test process assessments to evaluate testing effectiveness, coverage, and compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify issues affecting quality and defect resolution.
• Develop practical testing and quality improvement recommendations based on results.
