You will define retail dimensions, advise on margin improvements, and validate data across site networks, loyalty and B2B programs. This senior position requires 12+ years in finance within fuels retail or downstream marketing.

Qualifications

• Senior finance experience in fuels retail or downstream marketing.
• Strong understanding of site-level economics and fuel margins.
• Experience with multi-country retail networks.

Responsibilities

• Capture retail finance, site P&L and KPI practices across markets.
• Define retail dimensions: site, operating model, channel, brand, region.
• Design margin and profitability reporting for fuel and non-fuel segments.
• Advise on profitability metrics for fleet/card, loyalty programs, and B2B customers.
• Validate GCOA, product master, and segmentation outcomes for retail operations.
