Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong expertise in executing financing transactions, calculating interest/profit rates, and coordinating with vendors while ensuring full compliance with company policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and oversee financing operations from initiation to completion.
• Calculate and validate interest/profit rates, margins, and applicable fees in line with approved policies.
• Review and approve financing applications and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records on internal systems.
• Monitor repayment schedules and address any operational discrepancies.
• Handle complex operational issues related to financing transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Credit, Risk, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company procedures, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance operations or a similar role within a finance company.
• NBFI Sector experience is a must.
• Hands-on experience dealing with regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia (SAMA, CMA).
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of financing products and interest/profit rate calculations.
• Experience working within the Saudi market.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
