Job Purpose

To manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy of financial records and reports, maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and support management in financial planning and sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and monitor daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and bank transfers.
  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with approved accounting standards and policies.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and submit them to management.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlement of balances.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank accounts.
  • Support budget preparation and track actual spending against approved budgets.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Monitor financial obligations and contracts and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial data and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
  • Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records and documentation.
  • Contribute to improving financial controls, procedures, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
