Job summary

Confidential in Jeddah is seeking a Finance Manager to build and lead the finance function from the ground up for a large-scale steel manufacturing startup. The role requires establishing the chart of accounts, ERP (SAP) configuration, internal controls, and policy frameworks, while guiding cost accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

You will oversee banking relationships, ensure IFRS and ZATCA compliance, and deliver monthly reports and KPIs to the CEO, with emphasis on team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Fluent English, spoken and written along with Arabic.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP).
• Experience leading a finance team.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.

We are a new, large-scale steel manufacturing company in Jeddah, and production starts around January. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can build and run our finance function from the ground up.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Saudi VAT, zakat, and customs
• Arabic language skills
