Job summary

Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee the local finance operations for a strategic project in Saudi Arabia. You will manage bookkeeping, tax compliance, treasury, and financial reporting, working closely with counterparts in Singapore to ensure seamless day-to-day functions.

The role requires 5–10 years in multinational settings, a degree in finance or related field, and CPA/ACCA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant finance experience, multinational or Big Four background.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, bilingual; English as working language.
• Willing to be stationed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia long-term.
• Chinese nationality preferred; overseas Chinese encouraged; no gender restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of local finance operations for the project in Saudi Arabia, including bookkeeping, tax compliance, treasury/cash management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Singapore finance team to take over and run the day-to-day finance functions of the project.
• Manage local Saudi tax and regulatory matters (VAT, corporate income tax, customs/import-export duties, etc.) to ensure full compliance.
• Participate in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for the project.
• Support the Saudi Regional Project Lead on finance-related coordination and stakeholder communication.
• High performers will have the opportunity to take on the full financial scope of the project and participate in building out the finance team.

• 5–10 years of relevant finance experience, with a background in a multinational corporation or a Big Four accounting firm.
• Professional certification required: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (bilingual), capable of using English as the working language.
• Willing and able to be stationed in Dammam, Saudi Arabia on a long-term, stable basis.
• Chinese nationality preferred; outstanding overseas Chinese candidates are also welcome. No gender restrictions. Professional presentation and demeanor preferred.
• No mandatory oil & gas or petrochemical industry experience required.
