Job summary

Smart Technology Solutions is seeking a Finance Intern to support billing, collections and day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced technology environment in Saudi Arabia.

You will follow up on payments, assist invoicing and reporting, travel to client sites when required, and collaborate with the finance team to keep processes running smoothly. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client-facing finance activities and a practical, service-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Finance or Accounting.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements.
• Handle collection activities and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and collection reporting.
• Assist the finance team with daily accounting and operational tasks when needed.
• Visit clients and travel when required for business needs.
