تابي is seeking a Head of Finance (Financial Control) to oversee finance operations at Tabby Financing Company CJSC in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role is crucial to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and governance strategies.

The successful candidate will manage monthly closings, oversee treasuries, and enhance internal controls while leading a finance team. Strong command of IFRS and local regulations is required as well as proficiency with Oracle NetSuite. A flexible working model and comprehensive benefits, including stock options, are offered.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 FS audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local KSA accounting/tax regulations.
• Proven track record in building and leading finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for KSA, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations and SAMA reporting requirements.
• Manage external audits and deliver audit-ready financials.
