Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to play a critical role in our SAP implementation project, with a key focus on embedding robust internal controls, ensuring proper design and configuration of core financial modules, and driving process digitalization and efficiencies across Finance.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the finance lead in the SAP implementation, ensuring finance requirements are fully captured and translated into system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, consultants, and business stakeholders) to ensure end‑to‑end finance processes are aligned, optimized, and future‑ready.
• Drive the embedding of internal controls into system design and processes to ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and internal control frameworks.
• Provide expert input on SAP Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Champion process automation, simplification, and digitalization across finance operations.
• Validate system configurations, participate in UAT, and support training and change management for finance teams.
• Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
