Qualifications

• Accounting/Finance background required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Excel Macros.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit NAV to clients in line with SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with fund terms, regulatory requirements and AML.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, and developers to gather data.
• Monitor cash flows to ensure liquidity for operations and distributions.
• Maintain financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Uphold firm policies and procedures and deputise when needed.
• Foster strong relationships with clients.
