Job summary

FundRock is a Pan-European leading independent UCITS management company and AIFM. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive support to Fund Services teams, ensuring accuracy of work, timely NAV submissions and strict regulatory compliance within a dynamic, global environment.

The candidate will interact with asset managers and real estate partners, monitor liquidity and ensure statements meet accounting standards, while upholding the firm’s policies and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams across roles, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy of offshore work.
• Timely submission of NAV to clients in line with SLA.
• Ensure compliance with fund terms, regulatory requirements and AML rules.
• Collaborate with asset managers, property managers and developers to gather data for fund operations.
• Monitor cash flows to maintain liquidity for operations, investments and distributions.
• Maintain financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulations.
• Adhere to firm policies and promote strong client relationships.

The Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams by contributing across different roles, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting dynamic business demands. Reviewing work performed by offshore teams and ensure its accuracy.
• Timely submission of NAV to the clients in line with the SLA signed by the clients.
• Ensuring all work undertaken complies with the respective fund’s terms and conditions, relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Working closely with Close ended asset managers and property managers, and real estate developer to gather data and support fund operations.
• Monitoring cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments and distribution.
• Maintaining financial statements, ensuring they comply with relevant accounting standers and regulations.
• Maintaining compliance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
• Deputising if required during line manager’s absence.
• Communicate any issues of concern to the Line manager(s)
• Always follow company procedures.
• Promote excellent relationships with the clients of the company.

Skills Required:

• Strong Educational Background, preferably accounting or Finance.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel.
• Proactive and willing to drive things forward.
• An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
• Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
• Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.
