Job summary

FundRock, based in Saudi Arabia (KSA), invites applications for a Senior Fund Accountant to join the Fund Services team. You will deliver across roles, review offshore work, and ensure timely NAV submissions in line with client SLAs.

Responsibilities

Role & Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive support to Fund Services teams by contributing across different roles, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting dynamic business demands. Reviewing work performed by offshore teams and ensure its accuracy.
• Timely submission of NAV to the clients in line with the SLA signed by the clients.
• Ensuring all work undertaken complies with the respective fund's terms and conditions, relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Working closely with Close ended asset managers and property managers, and real estate developer to gather data and support fund operations.
• Monitoring cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations, investments and distribution.
• M aintaining financial statements , ensuring they comply with relevant accounting standers and regulations.
• Maintaining compliance with the firm's policies and procedures .
• Deputising if required during line manager's absence.
• Communicate any issues of concern to the Line manager(s)
• Always follow company procedures.
• Promote excellent relationships with the clients of the company.

Skills Required :

• Strong Educational Background, preferably accounting or Finance .
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel .
• Proactive and willing to drive things forward.
• An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines.
• Flexible in work approach due to nature of the role to meet client deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment.
• Capacity to problem-solve and ability to deal with complex issues.
